The New Team

Long gone is the era of Varsity jackets belonging exclusively on the football field. Since their inception at Harvard in 1865 (yes seriously, 1865) they have gone through a ton of changes.

Starting off more as a cardigan with a DIY letter sewn onto the chest and eventually evolving into the more substantial wool blend with leather sleeves that we are familiar with today.

It’s one of those styles that has adapted with each new generation. Taking on slight variations of itself but staying true to its historic roots.  

Now hello, welcome back to modern times. We are living in an age where it doesn’t matter if you ever even touched a football before. It doesn’t matter if you are a man or a woman. All that matters is how you feel when you wear it. 

So, throw it on over any outfit for a touch of sporty nostalgia and go live your best life.
