RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Members Only, we value our customers. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and a 45-day exchange option.
Items being returned or exchanged should be in saleable condition, unworn and with hand tags intact. Previously worn and/or washed items are not eligible.
NOTE: Members Only does not provide exchanges or returns for shipments outside of the contiguous United States.
Embroidered items and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please fill out the return/exchange form on the reverse of your invoice prior to shipping the item back to the following address:

Members Only does not provide return shipping labels unless our warehouse sends the incorrect item (different from what you ordered).
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retailers. Only items purchased from our website (www.membersonly.com) are eligible for returns or exchanges.
Although rare, things may happen, and you may receive a defective item. If you receive a defective item, please email Customer_Service@membersonly.com a picture of the defect and we will reply as soon as possible.
After our warehouse receives your return, we will promptly refund your payment within 7 business days. Shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Members Only will not accept a return for a refund after 30 days from the date marked on the original packing list. After 30 days, we will issue either an exchange or credit for the amount paid to be used on our website.
Members only will not accept any exchange for returns after 45 days marked on the original packing list.
