RETURNS - All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your order. You have 30 days from the date marked on the original packing list to request a return.
EXCHANGE - You can request for an exchange within 45 days of order delivery. Please note you cannot exchange an item for a higher priced item. You can, however, exchange for something of equal or lesser value. If the item you want is more expensive than what you currently have, you will have to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
NOTE: Members Only does not provide exchanges for shipments outside of the contiguous United States. You may return your item, but you would need to place a new order for the item you want in exchange.
All sales on Clearance Items are FINAL and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please include your packing slip with the merchandise and ship the box to the address mentioned below for a full refund. Please fill out the return/exchange form on the other side of the packing slip prior to shipping your package back.

At this time, Members Only does not provide return shipping labels unless our warehouse sent the incorrect item (different from what you ordered).
Members Only also cannot accept returns or exchanges from items purchased at other retailers. Only items purchased from www.membersonly.com can be exchanged or returned.
Members Only only accepts items that are returned or exchanged in salable condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges that have been previously worn and/or washed. It is Members Only discretion as to whether the jacket has been worn or not, but, please note that Members Only thoroughly inspects the jacket prior to denying a refund or exchange.
Although rare, things may happen and you may receive a defective item. If you receive a defective item, please email email@example.com a picture of the defect and we will reply as soon as possible.
After our warehouse receives your return, we will promptly refund your payment. Upon our receiving and inspection of the merchandise, a refund, minus the initial shipping charge, will then be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
