We offer free ground shipping through UPS or USPS on all domestic USA orders over $25 (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Orders to Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be considered as international shipping, and rates are determined via a UPS live shipping rate calculator. Local customs fees are not included in your shipping charge and will be charged to you by your carrier or local customs office upon receipt. By ordering with us and requesting shipment to an international location, you agree to pay and all duties and taxes.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are charged based on location.
It takes 2 - 5 business days for orders to be processed. You will receive your merchandise within 3-14 business days. Orders are processed from New York and shipped from New York. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.
Standard delivery orders in the U.S. will be shipped via UPS or USPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped and we do not bill you for items that are not available.
Why is my credit card being charged?
Shopify places a temporary authorization on your credit card at the time of the order. You will ONLY be charged when we capture the payment. If you cancel your order prior to us processing the order, your order will be voided and the charge will not post. If you cancel your order after we processed the order, you will receive a refund, which can take up to 3-5 days to post to your account.
In the event that we do not have the item you ordered in stock, we will reach out to you via our firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail and give you the option to choose another color or jacket. We will follow-up with you if we do not hear from you for a couple of days but if we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will issue a refund.
