Julia Turshen is a New York City born and bred chef, producer, and acclaimed food writer. She’s worked with Gwyneth Paltrow on her books, “My Fathers Daughter” and “It’s All Good.” She also co-authored “Spain: A Culinary Road Trip” along with Mario Batali and Gwyneth Paltrow. Cooking has always been a part of Turshen’s life, starting before she can even remember. She watched cooking television shows rather than cartoons and subscribed to food magazines as soon as she learned to read. Proving her passion for real, honest food, she says her last meal would be a great, tall pile of buttered toast. Currently, Turshen is working on two cookbooks set to release in 2014.
